Aston Martin has just release the new sport car 2009 V8 Vantage. Its a is a 2-door, 2-passenger luxury sports car, available in two trims, the Coupe and the Roadster.
As was introduced, Aston Martin 2009 v8 Vantge are equipped with a standard 4.7-liter, V8, 420-horsepower engine that achieves 12-mpg in the city and 19-mpg on the highway. A 6-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard.
The ergonomics of V8 Vantage are startlingly not good. The display on the entertainment unit is tiny and impossible to read in anything but total darkness. You cannot tell what radio station you're on, what the A/C is set to, etc., even with the top up. The GPS system is probably the worst I've ever seen (it's the Volvo nav unit). The menu system on the nav system and just about everything else in the car is so complicated that you pretty much have to pull the car over and stop in order to do anything. The displays and buttons that you'd use most often are in locations that make it impossible to drive and use them at the same time because you have to take your eyes completely off the road.
